  2. Try and eat this boring almost no taste food for more than 3-4 days and I bet you’d wanna puke once you see the containers you prepared. I can tell this from personal experience. If you want to teach people how to prep for building muscle and loosing weight at least learn one decent meal recipe and show it listing the macros. What you doing here is gonna make more people give up than start eating healthy.

  3. Yo dude bit of a late comment but with the oat meal instead of doing each bowl individually just add it all into one mixing bowl and then portion it out. Much easier, quicker and more efficient!

  4. I like your earrings, you look very pretty. Wait what? No Salmon? No whole Eggs? Why don't you just take your oatmeal and put it in a blender and just drink it?
