Actress Kaniha has shared a recipe on her social media handle wherein one can make chicken curry in 15 minutes. Mentioning that it’s an ‘easy peezy 15 min chicken recipe,’ she has posted a video of its making too. She added that vegetarians can replace chicken with tofu or paneer.

She posted, “If you wanna cooke and eat something yummy under 15 minutes try this. Easy peezy 15 min chicken recipe. Vegetarians can replace chicken with tofu or paneer. Enjoy Bon appetit .” Kaniha was last seen in Mammootty-starrer Mamangam, a multilingual.



Ketchup- 3 tablespoons

Soy sauce- 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice- two tablespoons

Sugar- 3 tbsp

Pepper powder- two tbsp

Salt- sufficient

How to prepare
Once the onion is sauted in oil, add the sliced chicken. When the chicken turns brown in colour, mix all the remaining ingredients together. Cook for fifteen minutes. You can eat this with noodles or bread. Vegetarians can replace chicken with tofu or paneer.
