McDonald’s has now officially confirmed which restaurants will be taking part in the reopening – you can see the full list below.

Maccies hasn’t revealed when more branches will be opening but says it’s “working hard” to get more locations up and running.

Restaurants will remain closed for the public to enter, which means you won’t be able to eat inside.

Customers will only be able to order from McDonald’s for delivery via Uber Eats and Just Eat – they won’t be able to order from the My McDonald’s app.

Keep in mind that both apps charges a delivery fee depending on how far away from the restaurant you are, so remember to factor this cost into your bill.

There will also be a reduced menu in place due to fewer staff members being allowed in kitchens at one time.

Branches will operate under temporarily reduced hours of 11am until 10pm, which means they won’t be serving breakfast options for the foreseeable.

McDonald’s recently confirmed it’ll be adding the Vegetable Deluxe burger and Veggie Dippers to its reduced menu.

To keep workers safe, staff will be given gloves and face masks, and there will be perspex screens installed at checkouts.

Staff will also have their temperatures checked before each shift to make sure they’re fit to work.

Customers will be asked to pay for their food with card and contactless payments where possible.
