Bishop’s Post: Serve Mom breakfast in bed with a brunch menu offering an array of options including three platters: vegetable, fresh fruit, and shrimp cocktail, four appetizers: grilled asparagus, roasted fingerling hash, grilled veggie salad, and broccoli cauliflower crunch, and four classic entrees: quiche Florentine, breakfast casserole, biscuits and gravy, and herb roasted pork loin.
