Snacking is good, but only if done in a healthy manner. Kids love to binge on sugary drinks, cereals or snacks like chips and biscuits on a regular basis. It’s best suited if you keep these options stocked at home to the minimum. While it’s not advised you cut them out altogether or adopt a negative approach, healthy eating is the key here. If your kid fills himself with snacks, mealtime would definitely be a struggle. Allow them to have treats once in a while, not always.
