Foods that lift my spirit are pasta, Ofada rice and vegetable soup (efo riro).

Yes, I try from the Internet.

I shop once in a while because I buy in bulk.

Yes, I do. My breakfast usually consists of oats, coffee or cereal (fruits and fibre).
What’s the strangest eating etiquette you’ve encountered?
It was eating Chinese food with sticks. I found it really strange. At a point, I just had to say I was filled up because I couldn’t continue eating (that way).
Do you like trying new food?
I really don’t like trying new food but if I have to, I would make sure it has no fat and know all the ingredients used in making it.
Do you think cooking should be left to females?
Not at all. Both males and females should cook.
Do you prefer to cook or eat out?
I always prefer to make my meals myself.
What intercontinental food do you like the most?
I love pasta.
What food would you miss most in Nigeria if you were to relocate abroad?
I travel with foodstuff whenever I travel and there are also African stores abroad.

I think a vegetarian diet is better. I am not really a lover of meat.

Yes, semo and catfish.

I’m not sure there’s any.

I learnt cooking different foods at the same time because I was always with my mum in the kitchen.
