The 2020 Artisan Cup & Fork event will be held on a series of three Thursdays. With the purchase of a ticket, you’ll get three meals, on three consecutive Thursdays (September 17th, 24th, and October 1st).
The menus have just been announced on The Land Connection’s website:
September 17th: Neil St. Blues
Soup – Vegetable gumbo & cornbread (vegetarian)
Salad – Black-eyed pea salad (vegan)
Main Course – Chicken & sausage savannah red rice (topped with microgreens), served with French bread. (gluten-free other than French bread)
Optional Vegan Main Course – Seitan savannah red rice (topped with microgreens), served with French bread.
Dessert — TBD [by Hopscotch Bakery + Market]
September 24th: Red Herring Vegetarian Restaurant
Salad – Fresh & local mixed greens salad
Side – Pesto pasta
Main Course – Eggplant parmesan sandwiches (breaded local eggplant, cashew ‘chevre’, local arugula and/or spinach, homemade local tomato sauce, and grilled onions)
Dessert — Tiramisu cupcake
October 1st: Wood N’ Hog BBQ
Salad – Charred cabbage with goat cheese and cucumber
Main Course – Sticky BBQ chicken with sweet southern cornbread
Dessert — TBD [by Heidi Leuszler]
