1 small red onion
1 large white onion
2 English cucumbers
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch scallions

1 bunch parsley
1 bunch mint

Meat
½ pound boneless skinless chicken breast
12 ounces bacon
1 pound ground turkey

Dairy
2 sticks butter
1 cup ricotta
1 cup bite-size fresh mozzarella balls
1½ cups Greek yogurt
1⅓ cups shredded Asiago

Grains
6 small corn tortillas (or store-bought tostadas)
1 pound bite-sized pasta (we use penne)
3 thick bread slices (or 2 cups croutons)
1 baguette

Canned and packaged Goods
Sesame seeds
Panko bread crumbs
1 jar green peppercorns in brine
1 jar capers
Vegan mayo (regular mayo works too)
1⅓ cups unsalted, roasted cashews
Nutritional yeast (grated Parmesan is a good substitute)
One 32-ounce carton chicken broth
One 15-ounce can corn kernels
One 15-ounce can white beans
1 pound pizza dough
1 jar pepperoncini

Pantry Ingredients: vegetable oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, smoked paprika, extra-virgin olive oil, brown mustard, malt vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Dijon mustard, ground cumin, ground coriander, red wine vinegar, dried oregano
