Market on South’s veggie-friendly founders, Dixie Dharma (Facebook | Instagram) and Valhalla Bakery (Facebook | Instagram) are glowing up and making some changes this fall.

Valhalla Bakery founder, Celine Duvoisin, will be moving her popular donut business out of the (Almond) Milk District food hub that incubated her brand for the past five years and into a newer, larger home at Fort Pitt on Old Cheney. The move leaves the entire Market on South space in the hands of Dixie Dharma’s Shaun Noonan.

Chef Noonan will also be occupying one-half of Fort Pitt with a new concept that he’s calling Rock ‘n’ Blues, a new Rockabilly-inspired plant-based burger joint.

Fort Pitt (Facebook Website), located at 5565 Old Cheney Highway [GMap], will also be home to a natural wine bar by Curate (Facebook | Instagram) and a new coffee concept that hasn’t been made public yet.

Noonan told Bungalower that he is hoping for an end-of-year opening for the new Fort Pitt projects.
